Took my car for its service here and the guys were brilliant. From checking the car in to getting updates on how the progress was going. The waiting area is pretty large, plenty of seating and tea and coffee machine all right there. Once the car was ready, I got a little text taking me to a page online showing me what had been done and what needed to be fixed (thankfully nothing this trip!) Great all round service from the team.

Just like to say thank you for all your help with the car – now it’s not really enough to call it just a car is it! Surely ‘a masterpiece of engineering wrapped in a piece of art’ would be more accurate. Lisa really went the extra mile and provided some excellent service ensuring Ben, which is what my daughter has christened it, was available for collection on time easily exceeding my expectations. Lisa was able to make me feel completely comfortable and never once did I feel rushed or pressed into a decision. The rest of the staff at Inchcape where also very friendly and professional making sure I was looked after all the time I spent with them. I’ll have no hesitation in going back next time and would encourage anyone to pay a visit for themselves.

My car was in again today for its annual service. It's a very relaxed, clean and comfortable waiting area here. You can help yourself to coffee from the machine, which is good quality (I've never tried the tea). There are also biscuits, but you have to like Lotus Biscoff! I've given it a rating of four because of one particularly bad experience I had two years ago, which was only resolved after more than six months.

We were looked after by very efficient & friendly staff . The showroom had everything that we wanted to see & there was no pressure put upon us. When we decided what we wanted to buy, we had all aspects of the car & purchase options explained clearly & concisely . After a test drive we commenced with the necessary paper work & returned a few days later to complete it . The car was ready, as promised on March 1st at 8am. Martin Tickle was extremely helpful & professional throughout , explaining every aspect of the transaction in plain terms. Jade talked us through the Service Plan , which we took out & is an excellent deal. We received a courtesy phone call from Martin 2days later , he gave us assurance that if we have any problems or queries, he is always available by phone , or at Inchcape . We are looking forward to many years of happy motoring in our new car , & an equally happy relationship with Inchcape & Martin Tickle.

Great dealership.. great people.. great service.. what more could you ask for?? Lovely experience and kind people to do business with.. unlike so.e others I've dealt with... worth the 4 hour drive!!!!
