Upgraded my c1 to a c3 after finding out we are expecting. I loved the c3 immediately especially all the extra space. I would like to thank C.K for making it a very easy process. Any questions were answered and worries put at bay. The communication throughout the whole process was outstanding. All the staff at the dealership are friendly, it has a nice relaxed atmosphere. I found it a nice touch to the experience that C.K remembered my son, from when I purchased our c1 and asked for him to come along when it was time to pick up our new car. Thank you for all your help on both cars, it was nice that everything ran so smoothly each time. We are very happy with our new car and cant wait to get a pram in the boot! :)

My partner and I visited your showroom to purchase a C4 Cactus and had a fantastic experience thanks mostly to CK who is a credit to your company. He was relaxed, friendly and knowledgable without any of the usual pushy sales tactics you usually find in car dealerships! 
He took time to chat with us and explained all the added extras without making it seem like a generic sales pitch to try and make us spend more money.
Couldn’t have asked for a better person and we’re extremely happy with our new Cactus! 
It was refreshing to have such fantastic customer service from start to finish and will be recommending your showroom to friends and family!

I am a long standing customer of Bentleys and have become accustomed to first class service and they did not let me down whatsoever with my new car purchase today  - I would like to thank Stephen for all his attentiveness and professionalism in all his dealings with me.
I would also like to thank the service and management teams for all their help.
I cant recommend this company highly enough - thank you.

Been dealt with by CK Tam, fantastic dealership and service! Part exchanged my old car to their new beautiful car! Very happy with the process, made all the paperwork and sales smooth and we drove away very happy in our new car. Couldn’t thank CK Tam enough for everything he has done for us. Highly recommend to anyone to use their motors shop, very clean and very honest. We will be back in the future :) keep up the good work CK Tam and all teams in Bentleys Motors Group! 5 stars from us 🙂

I purchased a C1 just over a week ago and love it.  My sales man was Oliver and he went over and above my expectations.  I didn't feel pressured with the process, and he sorted out any worries  i may have had, with my new car.  I also received a very fair price for my old car.  When it was time to collect my new car, Oliver set up my Bluetooth and went through everything I needed to know, and that was 
a great help.  Thanks Oliver for the great service, I would definitely recommend this garage.
