shocking service. Blonde lady rude, unhelpful and unprofessional I tried to return a parcel 4 times each time she wasn’t helpful what so ever I was explain how I had no data to access my email for the return and she kept saying about a code not explaining how to get the code not even trying to help me. She also kept cutting me off mid sentence. A custom in there was more helpful to me than her. DONT RETURN THINGS HERE!!!!!

Hi, I want to leave this message here, and I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart. I deliver food, and on 30.04.2021, I went to three restaurants, one of which was kfs manchester road, I lost my wallet with all the documents that can fit in it, and also with money about 100 pounds and 160 lei money from the country where I was born, and I lost it around 12: 30/12: 40, and around 14 when I got home I realized that I lost it, I panicked, suddenly, I searched the whole car and when I saw that I could not find it I lost my mind, I felt that I had no air, after I tried to. I redid my route to the three restaurants where I I could have lost him, but to no avail. There were terrible hours for me in which I realized I had lost him and I have no chance to find him. 20 hours in which I thought only of him, I could not eat anything nor did I feel the need, after 20 hours of torment I found at home a very beautifully written letter that came like a bandage to the wound in my soul , where I was told that a lady found something that belonged to me and left it at the post office near kfs manchester road, I went there in a heartbeat, my heart was still, I felt like I was floating, I got there. I offered the last document to prove that it was me, the passport, and the ladies there were very nice to me. . I thanked them from the bottom of my heart, I didn't look at him because I couldn't think clearly anymore, I left because I wanted to cry, when I got in the car I realized that I had everything exactly as I had left them, with all the money, and I will keep that letter I received. home for the rest of my life, it's a letter that is in my soul, I have no words to thank you, I would like with all my heart to give me the opportunity to thank you properly.  Thank you!

Always been such a friendly Helpful P.Office . Nothing is to much for the staff . Handy little shop with some good Stationary aswell . I think a lot of Locals would most certainly not be without Ince Post Office

Since lockdown i have been doing all my banking here and all i can say is well done your all amazing with the covid 19 going on they have all made exallant goverment guide lines well done guys you made a difference to me and many others xxx
