Amazing place. Check out on the computers the car your interested in to find your perfect car. Assistants are very helpful. Buy and arrange pickup. Handover amazing our car looked brand new. We had goodies given to us as well. We are are so pleased. Thanks Cazoo. If we need another car in the future Cazoo will be the first port of call.
So far so good. Really hassle free, one stop online shop for cars. The only downside is that you can’t test drive the car, but if you go to a dealership and test drive a similar car you could get it cazoo much cheaper. Our rep was brilliant although I probably knew about cars more than he did but the whole experience was really great. The fact that you have to ‘unwrap’ your new car does make it feel special. So I would recommend.
Really good service! Sold my car to Cazoo and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Got a quote online also the best price around, booked in an appointment, dropped off the car and had the money in my bank before I left. They stuck to the original valuation and were so efficient. Highly recommended!
I cannot fault the service we have had with Cazoo. This was the first time buying a car this way and I would 100% do it again. From choosing our new car to collecting it, the service has been faultless. On arrival to collect the car, we were shown into a private waiting area room and offered to help ourselves to drinks which included coke, fanta, sprite, bottled water and hot drinks. In our waiting area room, the kids found activity books and colouring pencils they enjoyed doing. We then had a very helpful and informative young man show us to the car and our girls helped him do the big reveal and uncover the car, they loved this. The car itself looked better than we expected, it really was fantastic. We were shown around the car and any questions we had were answered. Then all that was left was to drive home and enjoy the car. No faults to mention whatsoever, and highly recommend.
I sold my car to Cazoo on Thursday and it really was as quick and easy as the reviews say! No haggle and I got the money before I had even realised the guy had finished inspection! I would 100% recommend Cazoo for selling and will definitely use them again! So much better then WBAC who tried to take £1,000 off the price for no reason!
My brother bought his car online and has been eagerly awaiting the collection date which was today - it was delayed last minute and the website ordering process was not great quite fussy and complicated but overall good. Local showroom is very clean, staff are attentive and have nice comfortable waiting rooms with refreshments. 'John' came to do the handover and asked if we could leave a review if we were happy which we were - he was very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and explained everything in detail. It felt like a nice experience, the kind of thing you would expect and hope for when spending this kind of money. I'd recommend them for a used car purchase in the future and see why they are highly respected in the industry.
Awful customer service I bought a vehicle from cazoo 2 years old and already so many missing parts then I come back to cazoo I been told someone gonna call me and discuss how to sort this problem but never come back to me and also next day battery was flat so I was not able to start car. Telling to people they did so many checks but reality is no any checks at all !!!
Absolutely useless company to get your car looked at and the useless way they say you have a hire car booked and no car is booked with anyone. ABSOLUTELY USELESS!!!! Thursday will be 3rd visit and 3rd promise of a hire car, Last Chance. Thursday now cancelled as no hire car until Saturday and they don't take cars in on Saturdays. Will never ever use Cazoo to buy a car again and will strongly advice people to avoid them also.
This is the second car I have purchased from Cazoo. The whole process is straightforward and the car was delivered in the best condition as described. I paid a very fair price and am very happy with the car, thank you Cazoo.
Very helpful and friendly staff. Loved the "unveiling " of my new Kia Venga. Lovely touches, including a water bottle and umbrella Would highly recommend Cazoo .
