Went to Kingslake on the weekend to see if we could find a car for the wife found two that we fancied an Astra and a Corsa after showing us around both cars decided on the Corsa after a couple of days got a call to say car was ready for us great we love it. But the reason for the review is after a couple of days had a flat battery phoned Kingslake and before I had finished the conversation they offered a new battery and would I need a curtesy car what service we would definitely go back to buy congratulations Kingslake you are a credit to the trade
Amazing. Nick and his staff provided service that was top notch. Very supportive when there were issues with the finance company dragging their heels with the transfer, really got my back and provided above and beyond liaison to reach a satisfactory conclusion. Car exactly what it said in the ad, no masochistic jargon and I felt listened to in a safe and respectful environment, which has been an issue at other car purchases due to being a car buyer who's female and over 50.
Took my son to buy his first car. Excellent customer service. They took the time to talk through the car, and were happy to answer a multitude of questions. Kept us informed while vehicle was mot'd and serviced. Called to confirm when vehicle was ready for collect. Collection went smoothly. Lovely car. Thank you.
Highly Recommend Kingslake cars I have purchased cars from them for years always of the highest quality and when services and MOT's are due Tom always fit me in around my schedule which makes it so convenient.

Really happy with service got a good car for reasonable price. Had an initial problem with the clutch however this was sorted by King's Lake with no issues and courtesy car was provided while it was fixed. I would definitely recommend this garage if you are looking to buy a second hand car and I will be using them again.
I can not applaud these guys enough, I bought a lovely Ford Focus from them that fits the bill in every way, the process of buying the car was easy from start to finish. However my Focus developed a leak common problem within a few weeks, and this is where Kingslake have exceeded all expectations and have pulled out every and all available resources including using the Ford main dealers. I can not fault Kingslake’s service / workshop manager’s Tom approach and or attitude as nothing appears to be too much, I will definitely buy from them again.
Three years on and my daughters Corsa has been perfect. Brilliant buying experience they even wrapped the car in a bow for our daughter when she collected it. The car had an excellent history and has driven faultless since purchase. I can highly recommend this garage we were very happy with the price and the car.
I recently bought a BMW from KingsLake. The experience, as other reviewers have commented upon, was a pleasure from start to finish. Adam and his colleagues made the purchase and paperwork an event of consummate ease. A minor issue was rectified with near supernatural efficiency and the vehicle technicians even spotted and attended to a potential issue that was not obvious to the untrained eye. I am very grateful to the staff and recommend potential buyers to visit.
Very happy with the service from this garage. I bought my car here recently and they were excellent in making sure it any work that it needed was done. Very friendly staff, would definitely recommend.
