Had u asked me 12 months ago, I would say 5 star excellent company.. HOWEVER had my service in Feb again excellent service the workshop staff are very professional. My problem is with the admin people.. SO, after being with them for 4 years and 2 cars, they no longer seem to want my business. Feb was the end of my service agreement, so I had to pay the last instalment by card as the service was in Feb, but the last payment direct debit came out on the 1st of March. Not a problem until they also took the payment which they still owe me. I rang about it and was told it was my fault WRONG!!!!! After my service, the person at the desk said she would be in touch to set up another service plan , a call I have never received. In fact, all correspondence has been me contacting them. I did receive an email telling me what my new plan would be and how much yet the money has never come out of the bank, leaving me to feel they no longer want my custom.. I will simply find another garage for my next service.. BTW they still owe me £31 34.. It's not a fortune, but it's the principle...

Very pleased with the service I received when buying a vehicle here. The salesman was Joe and he was very helpful and really engaging with my 9 years old son, which made buying a car a lot easier and less stressful as it can be boring for children.. Very happy with service.
I used the Suzuki Web page to request a call back on a Monday with regard to a test drive. Had two missed calls, two voicemails and two emails on Saturday whilst working. Responded to the phone calls once free from work to be booked in on the Tuesday for a test drive. Tuesday, I got a call five minutes before the appointment to tell me there wasn't a car available to test drive. No effort to rearrange. Put me off buying with this dearship.
An honest and thorough experience purchasing a second car through Newman Suzuki Dealership. Highly recommend Geoff Cain as your go to sales person. In addition managerial support witnessed and provided to my wife through the purchase phase to handing keys over was equally professional and supportive.
