My car overheated today and I managed to drive to this garage.  The mechanics were so helpful and despite being busy took the time to look at my car and give me a detailed report of the fault.  Sadly my car was unable to be driven home and they were happy to keep it in the garage overnight so I could make the necessary arrangements.  They did this all free of charge! I am so grateful for the service they provided.  As my car in under warranty I am awaiting if the work needs to be done at the original garage.  If not I would not hesitate to get the work completed here!

I did oil change and oil filter change in this garage and they damage all engine cover clips damage cover and not even told me. I asked wat company made oil they used hi canot answer, never go again.

Not good what was before. I did a Mot + service, my registration number plate light was with broken bulb they replaced the bulb but broken the plastic is cover and protect the bulb. They don’t report this accident was happened and I just find out a couple of weeks later.

Previously used F1 for tracking and had no complaints, however that's before they almost caused a serious accident to occur. After receiving my car back from service a noise started to develop from the rear wheel. I thought it was due to a stone being caught in the brake disc guard.  Whilst driving up the M3 at 70mph a judder began followed by what sounded like bolts clunking. After pulling into the services I discovered that all 4 of my rear wheel nuts were to the point of falling out. Whoever had worked on my car had just forgotten to tighten them back up.  Some mistakes shouldn't happen and I advise anyone to not make the mistake of taking your car here.

Returned from two weeks holiday and had a problem with our car. Called in here for advice and the car to be checked over. They went out of their way to assist us and thoroughly checked the car over, diagnosing and solving the problem even though they had a busy schedule  They gave us confidence in continuing our long journey home. Excellent service, we felt listened to and that the people at the garage genuinely wanted to help us. Thank you so much.

Hi, I had my MOT with them. They then charged me an extortionate price to the minor issues fixed. I ended up going elsewhere and they were shocked by how much they charged. It's also not good form to charge for a re-test when most places do it for free as a courtesy. They were also VERY harsh with the MOT, failing me for something that the people who redid my MOT didn't fail me for.  Avoid this place at all costs, don't get taken in by the cheaper MOT, you'll end up paying more in the long term.  This is not critiquing the individuals that work, rather it criticises the overall company policy and pricing designed to shaft any unsuspecting drivers that drive within its midst!  Go elsewhere and enjoy your extra pennies!

Took my car for air-con re-gas and it was done within the hour. I had booked an appointment in advance but I believe if you call on the day and ask for an appointment, they will probably be able to fit you in. Everyone was very friendly. I will definitely consider this garage for any repairs I might need in future.

had a service here a while ago and they said my coil springs were broken and my tyres were deteriorated to a close to unsafe point, had these issues rechecked at different garages and none of them said there was any of the above issues. f1 quoted me over £700 for repairs and advised i dont drive my car until these repairs are fixed. complete cowboys

I had a puncture with my caravan and the Problem was solved in less then 1 hour with a reasonable price. Thank you very much for the great service

I take my car there and also my partners as the service is always good. Mechanics are happy to chat about their recommendations and zero pressure to do them. Can’t fault them.
