Been a fantastic experience over the last 5 weeks.  Great workouts and exceptional advice from the trainers.  This is a gym that the staff make you feel at ease, help you reach your targets and give you lots of encouragement.  Ive been to a few gyms and this is by far the best gym.  Thanks guys for your continued support to help me achieve my goals x annemarie

Went to my first lesson on Tuesday 7:15pm and wow!! The staff are so friendly and made me feel really welcome. I was so nervous to be there but within seconds the nerves had gone. Our class was amazing and so supporting!! Definitely recommend to anyone! Xx

I was nervous about joining a gym but the trainers at Immortal are so friendly and knowledgeable I soon felt at home. The results have been incredible, not only have I lost weight but I've discovered fitness levels I never knew I had. Love it.

Luis and the team offer a wealth of knowledge on fitness, nutrition and focus. You don't need a fancy big  gym with masses of machines, ever-changing staff and a coffee bar to get fit. At Immortal you can have small group training sessions which enable the trainer to correct you if you're not getting it quite right and to monitor your personal aims.  Very welcoming and very positive.

Great hidden gem in the middle of Stockton Heath!
I've been training with Chris for a few months now and I can't recommend him and the fitness studio highly enough. They have a great little space with all the equipment you could need, never feels overcrowded and has a very relaxed atmosphere.
Chris is a great trainer - he worked out a training plan around both my work commitments and my desire to improve my core strength to help with 10k and half marathon races that I run, which has meant that we have been doing intense half hour core training sessions every week. Chris is really encouraging and he manages to keep things enjoyable with completely different types of exercises each week and he's also been very pro-active in offering nutritional advice and coercing me into improving my diet! I have definitely seen a big improvement in myself and I would recommend both Chris and the fitness studio as a great place to go to keep fit!
