Been part of a few gyms in my time and I can say without a doubt best gym I have been apart of!! Quality of staff, members and classes are top - when you walk through the doors you are made to feel part of a community.
Amazing gym with supportive, helpful staff. Always clean and lots of classes to offer. I'm new and felt nothing but welcomed by everyone including other members. As an incredibly anxious person I have been made to feel relaxed and supported and most importantly encouraged to keep going.

I am new to this gym, however everyone has been really welcoming and the classes are great!!
I joined this gym in September last year 6 weeks after having a baby. Never easy getting back into fitness and the fear of joining a new gym. Best decision i made joining Energy, the team are absolutely fantastic and nothing is ever to much for them. I love the range of classes and don't fear joining in as they cater for all levels of fitness in each class. Staff are always on hand to help you get it right and members are too... goes a long way to have friendly faces while working out! highly recommend
Such a fun, friendly gym!! You are made to feel so welcome to all classes even when it’s your 1st class by the amazing instructors and the members!! There’s something for everyone on the Group Fitness Timetable for men and women alike for the fit and the newbies too!! All of the instructors are so fun, friendly and professional and make you feel at ease!! The gym floor is great too with the amazing Precor equipment to give you a fab workout!! The staff will always be happy to show you how to use the machines etc if you need any support!! What’s there not to love??!! Best gym at an incredible price
This gym is so good ,you have space to workout and the price is affordable . The classes that they have are really nice as well and easy to join. I have started going to the gym more since joining this gym.
Great location for me. Don't have to go into town or get across town. Gym is fully equipped. Great support from the staff. Great atmosphere. Makes me feel inspired to do the work. Enough distractions if you need them with the screens and the music. Good selection of classes if you want them at no extra cost.
A great gym! Staff are brilliant and makes the gym experience feel pleasant and homely!
