This restaurant, which did not impress on our first visit last year, has now become a favourite to my wife and myself. Excellent food and very friendly, helpful staff. February 18 - we visited again with my sister and hubby and ended up completely underwhelmed unfortunately. My brother in law ordered a veal dish at £16 to be presented with a piece of veal not much thicker than a slice of bacon, completely unacceptable. My chicken Milanese was not much better but I decided to say nothing. They changed his dish to one of a different choice but that meant of course that he was eating his when we were finished ours, not ideal at all.  My wife is not up to returning, time will tell.

Had my sons birthday meal here. Staff very brilliant and very helpful. Food was fantastic and the restaurant was very nice. Will be back in the near future.

Went here for Christmas dinner 2017. Was really looking forward to relaxing  with family and letting someone cook for once. The food was, to say the least, shoddy and the service was abysmal. On several occasions I had to approach the bar to ask for drinks which our party had ordered but weren't brought to the table. The turkey was so dry it was inedible. If you can't get the turkey right...well then what's the point. Starter and dessert were the only courses I attempted to eat from a five course meal.

1st time here had the Chicken Parfite then steak pie Italian style which was nice along with a dish of Carrot Swede and Turnip. Then pudding.
