I had such a great experience with ICON printing, and specifically the wonderful Manny who went absolutely above and beyond to make the process as smooth as possible. I was super panicked and needed some tote bags urgently and amazingly they managed to sort it out and did everything to make my deadline which was a few days after I first contacted them. The price at ICON was also better than anywhere else I looked, and the tote bags came out really beautiful and such good quality. Can't wait to work with them again whenever I next need something printed! Thank you so much!!!

In November, we worked with ICON on a very detailed and complicated project for a large number of t-shirts and tote bags. We were thoroughly impressed by the level of service, professionalism, top notch quality and good value for money. We had not worked with ICON previously but relied on references to proceed with the order. Beatrice and Andrew really pulled out all the stops to ensure that our order was fulfilled while working with complicated designs. Their hands on management of the project ensured that we met our deadlines and satisfied our client's expectations and then some! The quality exceeded everyone's wishes. I can only recommend! The team has been very helpful and patient with our order. We were printing 150 custom t-shirts, and they all look perfect! During the process we asked for a sample before printing the whole batch. It got stolen/lost in our complex during delivery, and ICON sent another one without any extra fees. Looking forward to our next order! :
I had a great experience printing t-shirts with ICON. They assisted me in finding the right t-shirt base and colour matched the inks I was looking for. I was especially impressed with Manny's customer service and thoroughly recommend them for a reliable service, my t-shirts arrived on time and were excellent quality.
This is our second time to order our company's novelty goods to ICON Printing. The process was very smooth as they kept our first order record back in 2019 and they produced exactly the same products even though the same material was not found on the current website. The delivery timing was perfect and there was no damage to a single product. We are very happy with their service.
Ordered T shirts with ICON Printing on a tight deadline for production and delivery for a work event. The team was responsive, they assured me that the Tshirts would be delivered before my deadline, and it was. The shirts are good quality as well! Will use again.
