I chose this salon because of their vegan and cruelty free options. I was so touched by the personal touch of chatting to me on Facebook before my appointment to check about products etc. When I went, Courtney cut my hair and I have to say that it is the best hair cut I have ever had. I have often found that my hair has been cut in a generic way that doesn’t frame my face well and is hard to style afterwards. Courtney really listened and I am so happy with the result, I will definitely be back next time. Great value for money as well!

All the staff are so professional and very friendly. They made sure you feel safe in the salon specially now. Karen is so accommodating and treats you like a long lost friend that when you come for a visit you just want to catch up on things. Highly recommend this salon all the staff are amazing. Very clean, professional and relaxing. I love coming here especially to see Sarah and Renata hair is always fab and my waxing is always done so professionally I would rather wait for a free appointment than go anywhere else.

Karen fitted me in at the last minute for an 8am pedicure with Sophie, which was in a lovely clean room and was very good. Everything was done taking time and with care, from choosing the colour purple! to discussing footwear and how to treat your feet. Will definitely go back for my next pedicure.

Having your hair done should be a pampering experience for me and that's exactly Ice offers. The team are friendly, the salon is beautifully decorated and you can really switch off and put your hair in the hands of the experts.

Receptionist fitted me in last minute - which was appreciated. They didn't have a junior stylist so they said that they would pair me up with another more senior one for the same price - all good. However, the stylist was horrendous. He chopped into my hair without asking me about the style I wanted, and when I asked him not to include any layers he chopped a horrible blunt one because he thought it would look better!. Rounded off the whole experience at the till by telling me that he "was worth more than what I was paying"! I wouldn't've paid him anything if I could have. Sorry, but I will not be returning.

Went in for a quick fringe trim as I was in headington for 3 weeks and couldn't wait another two for my haircut. Fit me in straight away, was in and out in 5 minutes, and as they weren't busy they didn't charge me. Did a good job and i get nervous with my fringe as I've had bad trims before, would go back again.

Disappointing and rude. The treatment wax was nice but I eventually realised that it burnt me and peeled me in some areas! I informed them saying that i was in real pain and that I could not be exposed to sun for my entire beach holiday... I also made it clear that could happen and I didn't want any monetary compensation or I would not posted any bad reviews. Just asked them to be more careful and review their products or provide extra training to staff. However, after 2 weeks of radio silent, I thought that I deserved at least an apology!!!
