Fantastic technical cut and beautiful highlights from Steven and Melina. I really love this salon. I used to go to Aveda in Covent Garden for years and I can honestly say Steven and Melina are better than any of their senior stylists.
Really nice comfortable salon with good covid measures in place. Mel and Steven are a great team. I love my colour thanks Mel and my hair cut thanks Steven. Fab support team too.
I've had bright pink hair for about a year and a half now, but due to ever increasing work hours and having a very crazy toddler i just don't have time anymore and my hair went all gross and faded. I'm a very pink person so couldn't handle it anymore. Popped in for a cut and blow dry and Steven suggested for me to come on a Friday to be treated by Jamie who is great at the more "crazy" colours. So I did and oh my gosh, my hair is beautiful and soft to boot! I can't wait to come back and get it topped up and experiment. A wonderful salon that made me feel at ease and shared laughs. Cannot recommend this place enough.
I worked at Ianstevens for 5 years and have witness all of their hair cuts, colouring and much more and I can honestly recommend coming here to the salon. Steven is the master of hair cuts! Mellina is the queen of colouring! The lovely Michelle is the receptionist and manages all the bookings and phone calls. The salon has a friendly, very welcoming feel to it.
Been there a few times now and I'm always happy with the cut and service I'm a guy with long curly hair and it's always difficult finding someone who knows how to cut curly hair properly. Steven knows his stuff and always helps by suggesting certain styles and ideas to make my hair look it's best. Can't rate highly enough.
I have been coming to Ian Steven's for years. I moved away from the area and never ever found a hairdresser that could match their expertise, so I now travel from Essex to have my colour and cut done by the Marvellous Melina. Melina does such a fantastic job colouring and cutting that I'll never stray again. Pat
I have been coming here for 23 years. Steven trained with Vidal Sassoon and has 40 years experience, you won't get a better cut anywhere else. The staff are lovely and every visit is fun and relaxed.
Been working here for 3 years now the staff here are amazing to work with and are very friendly towards clients especially with COVID definitely recommend coming here to get your hair done
