DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE. A family member purchased a set of wardrobes, bedside tables and drawers in October 2017, 20 WEEKS later and she still hasn’t received them. They were meant to arrive before Christmas, she’s been given multiple delivery dates and not even an apology. Went in store yesterday to request a refund and was told if she cancelled the order she’d be charged 40% of the original payment, which is completely illegal. Still no delivery date! Save your time and money and go somewhere else.
Note: This review is for FDS South Shields branch as I couldn't find their site in google. One star is too much but this is the minimum from google to post a comment. I have bought a sofa suite corner + 3 seaters + chair around mid July 2017 and I was told that it will take 6 weeks to deliver. After 10 weeks i.e. around beginning of October they have delivered only 3 seaters + chair as the corner sofa was manufactured in the wrong colour so they have to ask the factory to do it again, also they have delivered the wrong colour of the back cushion for the chair so this also need to be replaced. Today, 1st of December, they have delivered the corner sofa. So after 18 weeks they have delivered a sofa suite and yet the back cushion is missing. That shows how unprofessional they are and I wished if I had made that purchase from well know brands. I have made many calls/complains against them and if not sorted I will ask for a refund.
Excellent bed wardrobe and draws. The staff are friendly and the fitters are so helpful. Would recommend top quality items and excellent prices. .
