Designer Fashion, Dance Wear, School Uniform , Accessories and Gifts. Danielle's
retail exclusive fashion brands such as Absorba, Confetti, Emile et Rose, Hatley,
Lily & Sid, Levis & Mayoral . We love to dance at Danielle's too and can offer a wide
range of dance wear from brands such as Katz and Roch Valley. Danielle's is a
specialist business supplying school uniforms for boys and girls, our quality school
uniform wears and washes well and although we can't promise your little one won't
lose their jumper before terms out we can promise a service that is second to none.

It was our first time shopping at Danielles.I need to give a credit to a young staff.It was a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.We have not felt rushed.The young girl who was helping us was very polite and sorted out everything in a very professional manner.We'll be back next year.It was a lovely experience for me and my son.
Beware of the dragon at Danielle's Rayleigh! Ordered an item to collect. My wife arrived there at 4.45pm, 15 mins before closing. Joined the small queue outside. Within minutes she was set upon by a member of their staff - an over officious dragon of a women who talked down to her in front of the whole queue for arriving 'so close' to their closing time and questioning why she hadn't collected the item in previous days when they had been open late. Her manner was nothing short of appalling. The whole queue were so taken aback by her rudeness that one of the other customers had to step in to defend my wife. We complained once inside to be met by more rudeness. Danielle's clearly have a monopoly locally and seem happy to treat their customers with utter disdain, in the knowledge that they can't go elsewhere. Our advice to Danielle's and their dragon is, if you don't like customers, don't do customer service! Some decent competition locally might help her remember manners, but we won't hold our breath!
Rayleigh branch. I see from recent reviews that I'm not the only one that feels this so called shop had terrible customer service. I received this very rude behaviour a year ago when my daughter started SHSG although I ordered online as it was during pandemic, the email response I unfortunately received was very abrupt and uncalled for when shopping somewhere for the first time. Excuse me for asking questions about my order as I wasn't sure how the shop operates especially during pandemic but a bit of compassion would do your shop a worl of good. Unfortunately this is the only shop local to me that I can buy my daughter's uniform which is ridiculous when I live in Southend 10 mins away from the school!! I also have the misfortune that I need to buy some items which I'm reluctant to purchase from this disgrace of a store's customer service
I've just bought my son's uniform here, excellent service from both the owner and the young lady who has only been there a week but was very professional. Thank you for good old fashioned service with a smile .
Thank you for outstanding service, always polite and super quick. Even stayed open for me to collect after their closing time as I was stuck in traffic. Amazing thank you
