The WORST FOOD I HAVE EVER EATEN. The chicken was drier than leather and had NO taste. The wrap was tiny and stale. There wasnt enough mayonnaise to disguise the vileness. RUDE people serving. I can't understand how they are still open. Me thinks I can do a food safety complaint

Normally order the Igrill burger which is amazing. Decided a change this even and went for the chicken shish wrap. Firstly it wasn't chicken shish but simply plain chicken and the wrap was incredibly small. One of the wraps was grissily and partly uncooked. When called to complain, was no attempt to rectify the problem or understand the issue. Tried explaining that it was not acceptable but just wasn't interested. Normally extremely happy but on this occasion, very disappointed. Definitely better kebabs or fast food places in Crawley with much better quality and service.

totally agree with the lady bellow. terrible experience physically abusive managers, tomorrow going to crawly police station to give my statement about an assault on myself in this shop. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!
