Extremely Rude staff. Portions were very small. 1 dish wash was over cooked and bland. The other included chips that were soggy and under cooked. 

Got my order wrong and insisted I paid by cash despite my order being over 10 pounds.

I had problems the first time I went here regarding rudeness but decided to give them a second chance. I will never go back.

Rude & unwilling to do the minimum. I was only polite and patient with the lady on the line but she hung up on me!  I couldnt believe it. I was patient with her when she started our conversation by putting me on hold, and I was patient with her when she cut me short as I was trying to place my order, you know dometimes different cultures priorities different info. I was even polite when I questioned whether the the postcode related was correct as the website said they did deliveries only 11 min away rather then jumping to the fact that they couldnt be bothered. I thought, perhaps she might be having a difficult time - I will go and pick it up but then she full blown hang up on me!! That is that bit too far!

Good food, friendly, menu very helpful for those with allergies. The food is a little salty and some sauces taste similar, but can't think of a takeaway that doesn't.

This is the worst Place to buy Chinese food I found a cockroach in my chow main got food poisoning from the rice do not eat here

Tried ordering from these lot. Asked a breakdown of price for what we ordered as we didn't have prices. Very very rude in the end lady said do you want to or you don't want to? It completely put me off ordering from them. I am a regular but sod ordering from a place who don't appreciate custom.
