The past comments regarding poor customer service cannot be truer. I was confirmed on the phone by who seemed to be the manager (Chloe or Doris, I don't remember exactly which one) that my order was eligible for the 1/2 discounted price. Later, when I collected the pizza, I was told to pay the full price. As I contacted the same woman who confirmed the discount with me on the phone previously, I was yelled at on the phone, as a way to ensure that I pay the full price. I have never had such an appalling customer experience, having already paid for the delivery charge and already 64 pounds on the large order. Though I am a lover of good quality pizza, I doubt that I would want to order from here again. Perhaps it requires a change in management.

Ordered a delivery this evening and it arrived barely warm. I called them and they delivered a replacement order within 35 minutes. Really unusual to have an issue with an order but as rectified quickly and easily it won't affect whether we order again

Ordered a pizza without cheese, it came with cheese. Order barbeque sauce on a pizza, didn't come with barbeque sauce. Talked about the quality guarantee and they basically said they couldn't do anything. Not ordering from here again.

Always great pizza from here and even deliver to my new address which is perfect. Have always had a great and friendly service from the staff here. The pizzas have always been hot and tasty. What more could you want?

Fast service, Quality and tastiest Pizza. i also found Papa John's pizza is Healthier pizza than other leading Pizza's company as they don't use additional oil at the Base of pizza.
