Recently purchased a Bosh washer from the Meir Store. What very helpful staff you have working there. I was served by the elderly chap. He helped me to choose my washer. We had a problem with our Washing Machine emptying My Husband went over to the Shop and within minutes the Manager had come to our House to look at it. It was only Limescale within the pipe, so was easily rectified, but what amazing Service, to act immediately and so polite and helpful. We would use this Company again without a doubt, what a wonderful gesture of goodwill, in a World where Customer Service is non existent, from so many retailers.
