I've been buying stuff from Hylands for more than twenty years and this is why.  Knowledgeable, friendly staff,  Competitive prices,  Usually same day delivery.

We had a problem with our Washing Machine emptying My Husband went over to the Shop and within minutes the Manager had come to our House to look at it. It was only Limescale within the pipe, so was easily rectified, but what amazing Service, to act immediately and so polite and helpful. We would use this Company again without a doubt, what a wonderful gesture of goodwill, in a World where Customer Service is non existent, from so many retailers.
