I had a fantastic experience in store and wanted to say a big thank you to Megan and Matt - technical support team. They were incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout my visit. They took the time to help me understand exactly what I needed, explained the options clearly, and helped me choose the right products without any pressure.nnTheir technical advice made the whole process easy and stress-free, and I left feeling confident that I’d purchased the right items for my needs. It’s rare to find such friendly and professional customer service these days.nAlso a thank you to Annalise who helped me with all my purchases at the endnHighly recommended – I’ll definitely be returning for future purchases!
Fantastic service from Catherine. After visiting another store she went above and beyond to help us and managed to locate what we were looking for. Thank you Catherine!
I ordered a gaming chair online as a birthday present it came damaged do I rang Currys to ask for an exchange when the courier come to collect the chair I had to updates on any chair being sent back out to me so I rang them again and they said I have been refunded which is not the option I chose and I had no money in my bank!!!! DO NOT recommend, the staff on the phone were also really rude
Served by Sue again tonight! Was so helpful and helped us get exactly what we needed. She is a credit to this store and I hope she is recognised for her hard work. Everytime we have come in and purchased an item, she has been great and always has a smile on her face!
Went to pick up a click and collect order, as soon as I walked in four staff stared at me like I shouldn't be there.nLuckily another member of staff seemed switched on and came over whilst another male staff member was busy plaiting another females hair....as you do.nThe guy from the warehouse came out with my order and offered to take it to my car, for him I would give 5 stars, but the shop floor staff -2 stars.
