I went online to see if they stocked an item it told me to check in store so I rang the number provided online. “The warm friendly service” what a load of bull the man was actually very rude and abrupt “no we don’t sell them, we can’t get them, ninja won’t have them until January” talking me like I’m supposed to already know this obviously if I did I wouldn’t be calling your store. No wonder the shop is always empty if that’s the way you talk to people.
Great service, prompt supply / delivery of integrated fridge freezer. Item reduced in price the following day of purchase, once managed to speak to the right person the price change was matched, thank you. Thanks for the good service.
I got home on Sunday after a 2 week holiday to find that my fridge/freezer had broken down. I ordered a new one online and it was delivered on Monday at 3.30. Great service.
