I purchased an old BMW E91 330d Touring a few months ago which needed some jobs doing. I took the car to Cramag who were excellent. Everything that needed doing was done first time. Any jobs which were spotted whilst completing other work they called me to discuss and check if we wanted to go ahead. CJ is excellent at Cramag. I would highly recommend them. Very trust worthy and honest.

So, when initially enquiring about the car I asked about the condition of the car. I asked if there was any marks on it, rips on the leather etc and I got told no. Upon arrival after a 12 hour journey on buses due to trains not working, I noticed many marks on the car, scratches and dents in the rear right door card and scratches all over the arm rest. I was also only then told there is only 1 key for the vehicle and the other key, the old owner has but he will keep badgering him for this spare key haven’t heard nothing for months.  Not long after I bought the car 2 days I noticed the wheel alignment was off. I contacted Cramag and asked if they could help with the issue / costs but didn’t get no help due to the alignment being okay when he test drove it.  I trusted the garage being a BMW specialist when they said the car has full service history but have only noticed it doesn’t have any proof of service for 2017.  Overall, slightly dissatisfied with the service received, I should have been made aware of the damaged on the leather when asked, I should have been made aware there is only 1 key, I should have received some sort of help / compensation for the fact the wheel alignment was of and I’m 99% sure I asked will the car be serviced and MOT’d prior to me picking it up and they said yes but only received the MOT.

I bought a car from them and liked that they were not pushy at all. Some car dealers can spin you a tale that they have others waiting to buy the car. They wanted to make sure that I was happy with the  car. Also have to thank them for the way they dealt a problem that appeared 24 hours after collecting the car.

Bought a great little Z4 from Cramag. Runs like a dream. Great service and experience all round!

Bought a beautiful little 123d from Cramag. Had a few niggles at the start, but CJ sorted them out quickly and efficiently. Cars are well presented and would do the drive again if the right car became available. Wouldn't go anywhere else for a BMW now. Thanks again. LM

Had an outstanding service from cj today at Cramag,a stunning bmw 2 series grand tourer was accurately described in advert and photos proved it to be a true reflection also. can't fault the service,  held the vehicle with a minimal deposit and made the 3 hr journey to view and hopefully buy it! well we did buy it and were very pleased. car presented with a 6 month rac warranty and 12 month mot. this used bmw dealership is outstanding in service, quality of vehicles, and roadside image. i wouldnt hesitate in recommending this family run company to any discerning future car buyer. thankyou cj and cramag! were very happy with our purchase.

I was in the market for looking for a new car. Specifically an m140i. Cramag fortunately had the car I was looking for, got in contact for a test drive and I fell in love with it! He was stern on the price tag which was around its market value. Craig booked it for a Fresh MOT which did fail on some things, but was quickly rectified and promptly! We found out afterwards the car did come with a decat but with speaking to Craig we got one sourced and sorted. Overall I can't grumble so far with the whole experience at all. He's been more than fair and pleasant dealing with him. Absolutely would deal with him in the future.  Any questions from future buyers I'll happily answer any questions from my point of view.
