Story

The Hudson Rooms is designed to encapsulate the industrial feel of the New York Garment District in 1920’s which echoes a New York loft space in that era. Comfortable seating with luxury fabrics and leather contribute in making a unique experience in relaxed surroundings.

Focusing on locally sourced quality produce, the Hudson Room provides a food and drink experience, brand new to Liffey Valley. Handcrafted food produced onsite by our team of experienced chefs provides the foundation of our business. We are a local Irish owned company and are very conscious of sourcing quality ingredients from local artisan suppliers providing you with a dining experience that you will not forget.

We went here for breakfast on a Sunday morning. We were seated quickly and orders taken quickly, but it took 45 minutes for our breakfast to arrive. I also did not get the cappuccino I ordered, so I asked for it again, and when the bill arrived I was charged twice. The Irish breakfast was excellent, but the service leaves something to be desired, particularly considering it wasn’t very busy at the time.
Stopped in for a bit of brunch this afternoon, got the bacon and hash which was absolutely fabulous. I am gluten free and mentioned it to the waitress while ordering and she was so helpful with aiding my decision. The majority of items on the menu can be done gluten free, which is excellent. Would highly recommend if in the area!Food: 5/5
If you are in Liffey valley and looking to escape the shops. Hudson rooms is an oasis with amazing food, great atmosphere and lovely staff. Steak on the stone was so nice I forgot to take a photo until it was gone.Food: 5/5
The chicken tender wings were okay and loaded fries with cheese and jalapeños were quite good.. in drinks we ordered strawberry and lime lemonade was not that good. The overall service was good.. might as well come again just for fries…Food: 4/5

Lovely place with nice atmosphere and cosy decor. We went for a small dinner on a Sunday evening and we enjoyed our experience overall. The burger meat was well done which I do like it but my sister, who was eating doesn’t, so it’s hard to please. I guess we could have asked upfront. Her chips were a bit salty, but she loved the sauce that came with it. We also got some chicken tenders which were super tasty and crispy. I ordered loaded fries with onions, bacon, parmesan and blue cheese. My only disappointment was the blue cheese, which tasted more like mayonnaise, which my sister liked. Tough crowd Staff were friendly, however it seemed like there were only 2 people working on the floor. So it looked like they were always busy, and it was hard to catch their attention, as I also observed another table trying to call them with no success for a few minutes. It would be not harm to ask the staff to look at the tables when possible. The toilets are upstairs and were nice and clean, decor is amazing! They have a Christmas tree upstairs, which is gorgeous! They also have something that looked like a function room/small bar which was closed, but looks cute. The place is gorgeous. Other than that, we enjoyed our time and I would go back to try some of their other dishes!
Myself and my friend had dinner there yesterday after never been before but wanted a quick bite to eat . We were truly blown away by the quality of food. Really really good. We were talking about it today and the value is seriously good. The menu offering is extensive and the service was also 5 star very friendly and food came out in a timely manner. Really couldn't fault them at all . Everything was spot on. Would highly recommend to anyone thinking about visiting.
Best restaurant in Liffey we ate outside. My third time here and the one of the best chicken wings in Dublin. She loved the Southern Chicken Burger. Overall great everytime. Parking: Right beside the restaurant
Went for father's day and got steak and chips. The steak was lovely also the chips but the soggy frozen onion rings that came with it were a turn off. It only takes a couple of minutes to make proper onion rings lads. They let the meal down something terrible but other than that lovely place and great staffFood: 3/5
