Everyone Deserves Respect - Unfortunately HSBC have complete disregard for their own customers - Works both ways you know!  I’ve been continually let down by their service and services. It’s no wonder that when you look at the survey results that high street banks are falling miles short of the digital competition!  HSBC - Can you see where the issues are? What are you doing about addressing these? Sadly for me, I’m just about done but I wonder if you can make positive from the negative before it’s really too late.

Staff are amazing and always manage to help me with my queries! Recommend this bank over any other.

I love HSBC my bank, so modern and up to date with all the modern self help cash, deposits and accounts screen banking and printing facilities inside all of their banks across the UK. Shrewsbury branch is another great one, so well located and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Thanks to all at HSBC Shrewsbury for another great visit and self help banking service facilities.

Went there yesterday 25/03/2022 and had a very pleasent experience, the staff were very pleasant even the lady greeting the customers was great and well aware of the current business practices.

Very impressed with service young Gentleman helped me called Richard I think Set everything up for myself and went out of his way to help Excellent service happy to bank with you Delta

Went into branch sat morning, I have a new phone and was unable to transfer my HSBC app from I phone to Samsung. Was met by Dean, he sorted this problem out immediately. Nothing was too much trouble, he went on to sort out my daughters app and was fantastic. Big pat on the back to Dean, great service, thank you .

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, I popped in to get my mobile app set up and they went beyond expectations, going so far as to show me various features both on the app and on my online banking.
