I have tried for 6 weeks to get in contact with this company. The voicemail is now full. They never answer calls or emails. I also live local to Nottingham and searched their address on Google maps and street view. It is a hotel. Why has my debt been passed to a false company running from a hotel that I can't contact?!

An incompetent and fraudulent company. Does not contact the consumer and sends 0 notifications of outstanding debts 3 years and 0 contact. Some people don't even know they are in debt due to how some other companies do business i.e., Vodafone who keep charging customers after contract ends. These people need to be jailed, they are ruining people's lives. This company than sells the debts to other companies like Lowell another incompetent company.

A complete legalised scam. Owned by Equifax well there's a clash of interests for starters. Phoned 3 different office's on all extensions not able to speak to anybody. Emailed then comes up as not recognised.

Accessed my credit file. For a debt I wasn't aware of. On behalf of sky? Why didn't sky contact me? I can't contact this company. Have never contacted me.  it has done a credit search on my credit file. Equifax has marked me down. I have received no communication. Can't contact this company. They haven't contacted me. Just ruined my credit score. How can this be right?

Performed 2 credit history checks under my name for 2 different addresses on behalf of Sky. I havent been a customer of sky for years. They had no reason to search my credit file. They will be reported for this activity.

2 years ago Vodafone cancelled my account, I rang them up and they said I cannot pay them as it's going to a debt collection agency next month, 2 years passed and I heard nothing, I contacted vodafone again and they told me my account has been given to tdx. 2 years TDX has had my account and made no contact to me, there's no way for customers to contact via phone and have to wait for a long while so the "relevent team" can email me.

Thanks for the searches on my account. My credit score really appreciated it.  If they actually sent me a way to pay the debt, I would. Their website offers no way to do this and the original company I owe money to say I have to take it up with TDX...

I would give them zero stars. Trying to make payments owed. Didn’t even know this company had my accounts passed onto them. Managed to finally speak to someone two weeks ago. Had no reply’s or correspondence since and now no one is answering the phone . I will be reporting them to everyone I can now!!

Accessing my credit report without my knowledge or approval. Hiding behind the statement that this work was ordered by somebody else and not very forthcoming with any further explanation. Interesting how they have been given this right to access my personal credit file behind my back considering it is my personal data breach.

What an amazing place to work! The people are fantastic a corporate business that holds its family feel.  The company shares great values and the customer and client are really the heart. A company that genuinely cares about its people and its customers.
