Terrible service, ordered 25 lengths of skirting board on Wednesday, they said they will get it from a another branch for Thursday. Had to call two times on Thursday to chase, said it hasn't come in.

Called on Friday, they said they have 3 lengths and the remaining 22 will be due in the afternoon, called in the afternoon, said still not in. Called Saturday 9am and said still not in, had to drive to howdens West Brom at 11.30am to find that the skirting board has been there since 8.30am.

When addressing the office to say it was in at 8.30am, reply of sorry.

No call with updates, no apology. Disappointing for a company this size.
