Me and my partner have been coming here for fantastic cocktails for around 6 months now due to the amazing view of the coast that is featured on the side of the establishment. Today we decided to try their food selection having only tasted the fries in the past and omg this place makes the finest food i have ever tasted. If i could relive the exhilarating moment of my first bite into my burger i would for a thousand years! The staff are all charming and there have been excellent service every occasion we have come, managing to maintain quality even when packed! Its a must visit and we are proud to call it our local :)

Beautiful mad hatters theme throughout pub . Staff are always lovely & friendly and willing to go out there way to help. Food is amazing and the cocktails are just the best in north shields.  I love this pub, it has Amazing views from the window tops. Has quite a big outdoor garden, Plently of chairs and table's. Their afternoon teas are lovely and reasonable priced and the main meals are worth the money. Couldnt recommend this place enough

I brought my friends for their birthdays. What a lovely tea we had. Sandwiches lovely and fresh, scones to die for and cakes scrummy. It was topped off with a cocktail which was nice. Would definitely return and also recommend. The views are amazing

Bar with the best view on the Tyneside coast?

Edit: further to my original review.. I've just eaten here for the first time... Wow very tasty food, extremely high level of cooking .. Flowers and everything!  Excellent value for a 2 course early bird lunch too.  Highly recommended
