We specialise in Vintage Style Wedding Cakes and Chocolate Sculptures as well as dessert tables for Weddings, Christenings and Parties.

Absolutely amazing food, Krystina and Ian couldn't do enough for us, and even brought me out a teeny cake with a candle in when they heard we had booked as a belated birthday treat for myself! Everything was delicious, the whole atmosphere so relaxed and friendly, and the prices are very reasonable. Absolutely wonderful. You must try it!
An independent Art Deco cafe with a relaxed atmosphere. Serves afternoon tea as well as breakfast, glass of prosecco optional! The menu is predominantly gluten free and the quality of the food is excellent. Cakes are custom made and to a very high standard, some of these are on display in the comfortable lounge area. Worth a trip even if it is just for a coffee before you head down to the fish quay or Tynemouth market.
Love the welcoming atmosphere and the top quality baking. A place that needs time, a chance to get away from the hustle and bustle of life. And the hot chocolate is heavenly
Gorgeous little tea room. A bit out of the way but we'll with the trip. We went from Newcastle after graduation for afternoon tea. The cakes were incredibly cute and very tasty and the sandwiches were also lovely. Most of our party were vegetarian and the detection of sandwiches was very impressive. Some cheese but much more interesting than the standard fare. And the scones were divine. Unlimited tea and coffee was also very nice. It is a little pricey but the environment is so lovely and relaxing and we had effectively a lounge to ourselves so it was very jolly and relaxed. Well with it for a celebration or just to treat yourself.
I went to dappers with my family on Saturday for afternoon tea to celebrate my grandma's birthday. The service was excellent and the staff are friendly and very welcoming. The afternoon tea was lovely, food all freshly homemade. We will definitely be back :
First class home cooking. By far the nicest meal out I've had in a while. The homemade mince pie was delicious and the homemade carrot cake was to die for. The afternoon teas looked amazing, can't wait to go back and try one! We were served by the owners, who made us feel very welcome. Lovely people who obviously take great pride in what they do.
Consistently amazing. We love this place. everything is homemade except the bread. The best afternoon teas, breakfast, lunches, cakes & chocolates. Their homemade jam is exceptional & you can either buy it or sample it with a scone/afternoon tea.
Have had a lovely afternoon tea at Dappers, a lovely Variety of sandwiches and dainty cakes. As much tea or coffee as needed. Service was good and everyone was given a warm welcome. I look forward to my next visit.
Been here on many occasions now. I really love their afternoon teas especially the Christmas themed one. A good range of choices for vegetarians on their menu too. Lovely little place and would recommend.
We have just enjoyed a delicious afternoon tea at Dappers! It was a Xmas gift to die for, amazing fresh cakes, scones and sandwiches... my husband is now an afternoon tea convert!
