Absolute scumbags to put it politely. After almost ten years of being an alleged ‘Priority Need’ with no offers of housing. They will happily house Paramilitaries, Pedophiles and their own mates before ever actually offering you a property that your entitled to by their own definition. The points system is solely used when they want an ‘excuse’ to not bother housing you. People have been housed without even opening a housing application and my complaint about this was swept under the rug. Members of staff are sectarian and treat you like a piece of turd with no help at all.
This mob haven't a clue. Inexperienced do not know their job role & can never give details of work to be done. House had not had an electrical cert for 22 year. Took 13 weeks to get elects done but never tested whole house & still elects not fully tested. The house is dangerous to everyone. That is only the tip of the iceberg. Disgusting attitude to tenants. Best thing to do is take them through courts & stop paying rent to them.
Who are these cowboys the housing employ to carryout their work. Its an absolute disgraceful act getting pathetic workers to make a shambles of work that a child could do better. They have left houses in dangerous states. The housing executive need to wake up fast before some family ends up in hospital.
My daughter lost her flat because of this lot .People took over her flat 60a drumard drive they won't even try to get these squatting scum out of her home now she is homeless they have no power over there property as far as I can see the housing officer for drumard drive is a dog with no teeth useless man looking after the squatters expecting my daughter to pay the rent for these two scumbags don't think so police don't even want to know what do you do .Every time my daughter talks to this useless housing officer he tells her lies when there supposed to be moving then gives the squatters more time to move Stephen I think his name is so if you want a house in lisburn just walk into someone's house and lock them out and it's yours simple cause the spineless lisburn housing won't do anything whatsoever to get you out seems like the legal tennent has no rights disgrace
Rang to try and resolve a standing order which was sent to the wrong address by royal mail, tried for three days in a row and left several messages for someone to contact me , still waiting absolutely appalling customer service
Won't move a pregnant woman out of a 1 bedroom apartment which is covered in damp and mould which has lead her to have seizures and other physical health problems
Absolutely useless even when ur about to be homeless they don't do much to help
They employ cowboy builders!
