I rang in to find out how to get replacement for my taxi badge they guy who answered the phone told me he is going to put me thru to someone who will be able to help. The next person who answered the phone asked me what was the matter then put me on hold then came back and asked me for my phone number and said "someone will phone u back" lol are u actually having a laugh?! seems like no one is trained to deal with simple queries. I had to speak with 3 people to find out how to get replacement lol
This crowd is quick to take your money then tell you MOTs are extended for 6 months and are entitled to refund, try getting your money back no chance, JOKE.
Sat for an hour cause it z that they where closed for lunch come back at 1.15 sat untill 1.35 then one of the mot test guys came in an z its not open today the place had about 15 people waiting to b seen complete joke
Went to the front desk and the women serving was extremely rude . If you are in a good mood and you want to feel annoyed and p****d off then yes this is the place for you I will certainly not be back
