Over a week ago I sent an email to the address on the website and have never had a reply. I wanted to know who to contact regarding the disgraceful situation of out of order charge points for EVs. I want to know who has ultimate responsibility for the day to day operation and maintenance of the network as only 3 out of 9 points in Newry actually work. So much for environmental concerns!!!
Very noisy roadworks in residential area going on to 2 and 3 in the morning. No consultation or notice beforehand. No response to any attempt at communication since works started on Sunday, Now Thursday, noise is getting worse. At end of my tether. Can't give negative stars.
My sister mistakenly parked outside the designated area in Ballymena. Wham bam, £90 fine. Good way to make money!! She had 2 toddlers with her. No family spaces and restricted access with work going on.

Slow at information process response for a developed nation government land department, sarcastic tone and not polite for the wall time had passed for just a flat out reply!!!!
