I could not speak more highly of this combined pharmacy and health food shop. All the staff , from pharmacist to salespeople have both advised and helped me during a difficult period healthwise. When I needed supplies and could not go out they sent a messenger within an hour. Then when I needed a liquid version of an antibiotic the pharmacy not only had it in stock but were prepared to provide it without quibbling about procedure- something neither my GP nor other pharmacies were able to do. In my experience this is exceptional behaviour and shows the highest standard of patient health care, as well as human kindness. Rare indeed and much appreciated.
Been a regular customer for 30+ years. Lost count of the number of times Mr Mistry - and now Raj, his son - have helped us out, even with difficult prescriptions when we’ve encountered unusual illnesses.
I was Refused care because I have an Assistance Dog Raj Mistry said he is not disputing the law on this matter, or that the Royal Free Hospital allow my dog with me at all times, but he will not treat me if I have an Assistance Dog with me. He confirmed with me as I left that this is his stance. I paid for the service when booking. I answered a full questionnaire online. He would not refund me on the spot. I will be taking this matter further.
Come here fairly regularly, and they have a good variety of items on the shelves, and the pharmacy itself runs smoothly.
Mr Mistry has a wealth of knowledge of allopathy.auravedic ,and complementary medicine..He has great integrity and will not sell anything to a person that they do not need...Also the place has the vibration of a Temple..I always feal better when I just pop in to say Hello !

Large health and bio food stock here. Quite expensive though. I don’t know the pharmacy side of the shop, but if you need some related to health , you will find it here. Plus the staff is helpful and friendly. You bet they are happy with such location for a pharmacy!
Lovely family run pharmacy, if your lucky you can see Mr Mistry sometimes, very kind and knowledgeable homeopathic pharmacist, all the staff here very helpful and friendly. They have a very wide range of alternative medicines as well as a fully functioning pharmacy, plus healthy foods, treats, options and a vast range of organic products . Support your local shops.
Very rude owner. My friend and I have called on separate occasions after being recommended HM products in our allergy group. However, when mentioning about certain products, we were met with rudeness, coldness and sarcasm. Their website states that they formulate products for sensitive skin, but when asking the owner this, they said verbatim "why would you want to use our products if you have sensitive skin?" in a rude tone. Very confusing and very contradictory. Interestingly, when discussing this in our group, another peer had the same story. Definitely put us both off from purchasing any items here-will not be buying here.
Amazing pharmacists and staff Mr Mistry advised in 4 products to help me. I have only gratitude to convey. So personable and friendly and helpful. A must visit thank you so much
