The chocolate are amazing and the staff are great. The staff are so helpful and polite I like this store because you have different selections of dark chocolate and non dark chocolate. When you need something to bring to the shop you ask them and they will order it for you.
I visited before one month ago, at that time it was difficult to find products for me, but the long hair Indian guy thanks to him. he was helping a lot to me. overall good staff
a small box of blueberries is literally £5.99... coke zero says 59p on it but you will still be charged 85p or something. just extortionate, sainsbury’s or morrison’s down the road are much better
I asked the staff at Shepherds Foods if they would order my favourite pesto sauce and they did! They were really helpful and wrote down the name of the maker. I am chuffed to bits as I could never find the product anywhere.
Most expensive shop in the world. A chocolate costs £5 , some cereals are £7.5 Don't go there - Shop is a rip-off.
Okay selection of food but very bad customer service. I try my best to avoid.

Great selection of exclusive items. American , Asian, Italian and English products. Many organic, free from products and friendly staff. Weekend Market with food stalls.
Good selection for those emergency situations but definitely overpriced. They also have a good salad bar selection at the back of the store, and freshly baked goods.
