The place has been refurbished during Covid with good lights, tiling & ceiling work. This place does not provide alcohol but you are free to carry your own. Used to visit quite frequently earlier but could not see old faces. Tried starters. Mixed Grill Platter was just above average having mix of seekh kababs, fish, lamb chops & chicken wings. Lamb chops & wings were average but fish was good. It has been overly priced at £24. Tried Seekh kabab, spicy but juicy and yummy. My little one could not tolerate the spice so ordered paneer sizzler & she enjoyed it. Ras malai was below average. Service was below average, it wasn’t half full yet had to go all the way to the counter to order my dishes except the first order.
Had very tasty lamb karahi ghost, meat was tender and sauce bold, whilst naan was crunchy and crispy. The waiter was very friendly and attentive, even though it was getting busy. I highly recommend this restaurant for authentic Pakistani cuisine and excellent customer service.
I have been visiting this place for 11 years now and the taste has not changed at all, the food has been amazing, the service has been friendly and the dietary requests have been always respected. They go above n beyond to ensure your taste is handled properly which is so good. Being a Jain we do not eat onion, garlic n potatoes yet they make such amazing Karahi Paneer and Chana Masala for us. Highly recommended if you are around Hounslow or Feltham. Owners, if you are reading - the original naans can be brought back :- The new ones do not taste as good but that does not in anyway reduces your 5 stars and love I have for your food.
Service was very slow. They took half an hour to take the order and then 45 min to get the order. It's an ok place if you have alot of time to chill. If you enjoy eating where there's too much noise around you then yea. Also the food was ok. Overall it was ok.
The experience was very unpleasant as the service was extremely poor and the staff have no clue how to provide good customer service. Not once the waiting staff asked us how was the food or if we need anything. Our table was left uncleaned a long time after we finished our meal. No water was provided throughout our meal time. Food was also average and the 2 stars are for food. Overall experience not enjoyable at all.
Excellent decor. Prices were good. Food was amazing.i was very hesitant to go in an eat as it was practically empty. It was 5pm. But though I would give it a try. Food was so much better and fresher than its competitors. The portions were bigger especially for the mixed grill than spice village in southall.
This is gopi total I was so frustrated because it has been 45 minutes but no food nothing. It has been one week I’m visiting this restaurant continuously but they don’t know how to receive customers and every food item tastes same like very bad. So if u have any plan to visit please think about it
Good food, appalling service. My curry and rice were piping hot and very tasty but it’s really quite frustrating having to get your own menu because the waiter doesn’t bring you one, having to ask for somebody to take your order, asking 3 times for your bill, waiting ages for your change …. I know it’s not the Ritz and nobody is expecting silver service but how hard is it to get the basics right?
Worst place I’ve ever been too! Don’t be blinded by how busy it was like we were. First impression wasn’t great should have known when a guy in a chefs jacket stained asked us if we would like to sit in or takeaway. They gave me the wrong order and then tried to convince me that it was butter chicken when it was chicken tikka masala and just ignored me! After asking where my butter chicken was 3 times they brought the same plate I had sent back just reheated and told me it was butter chicken again! Even the bill told said it was Chicken Tikka Masala. They must think people are stupid. The biryani was so salty all I can taste two hours later is salt in my mouth. The kebab meat tasted very strange and questionable so we left that and didn’t eat it. The icing on the cake was going to pay the bill they charge you for salad that they bring to the table as soon as you sit down! The cucumber was dry and looked like it had been sitting out all day and they added £2.50 to the bill for it. Make sure you check your bill. All in all would never eat from there again or recommend it to anyone! Disgusting and poor customer service!
My Singaporean colleague actually found this and we were the first customer of the day at Lunch Time. Although service was quick, the food was average! Chapli Kebaba and Fish Tikka did not taste fresh. Biryani was just coloured rice. The best out of all was "Stuffed Kulcha". Just to give benefit of doubt, I would visit again in Dinner.
