Was here yesterday at about 16:30h the lady talked to my wife while I parked the car she was very helpfull even though she was just finishing she made sure another gentleman helped us with my purchase impressed.

How dissapointing...tried 3 times to be served during today each time staff were always busy ...fair enough but when i had decided on the shoes i wanted after looking all around town and they were yours i found the customer service poor at best and for some reason felt staff wanted to serve anyone but me ..sorry but i have been in business for 36 yrs in the fashion industry and am a customer service expert. .much training needed to atop staff from picking and choosing ...maybe my tatoo which is to honour love for my mum ???
