Visited your Llandudno store today , my sister and I were completely blown away with the amazing service we received. Emma apologies if I have gotten the name wrong was so helpful and really did go the extra mile. My sister would not have left with 2 pairs of boots on order if it had not been for Emma. A credit to your company, thank you.
Never had wat wanted but thy tried there best to find nearest store wer I could pick up
Good store, friendly staff too. We booked a baby shoe fitting and all went well, new sandles! The staff took precautions to protect them selves and us from covid 19, plus they had hand sanitizer at the entrance.
Such lovely people great service nothing was to much trouble as my friend was visiting from new York and they found the men's shoes she wanted her friend was delighted with them when she returned to New York . Great advise on my foot as I had broken my ankle went to AE when I returned home thank you will visit again but stay longer

Excellent customer service, friendly staff. The staff member that helped me was experienced, very patient, listened to what the I wanted and needed. So good in fact I purchased two pairs of sandals. Covid19 regulations were in place, and being observed by staff members and customers.
Took my daughter in here to get some new shoes. The lady was super helpful and nice. Really good with the nipper during measuring etc and In an out in no time.
The staff were amazingly helpful. I really can't say how friendly but also extremely helpful in getting pair after pair of shoes to try and suit my son's difficult feet. Just brilliant and informed.
Thank you to the kind lady who helped us this morning. My son has autism and was struggling to even enter the shop. Thanks to her kindness and gentle manner with him, by the time we left he had new shoes that he liked.
