Clothes are a bit mediocre. Quality has gone a bit rubbish. Don't like cheap gold rimmed bags and shoes either here Needs better styling and quality like it used to be.
Didn't have any decaf coffee and seating area had a draught so got cold with no coat on EDIT - this was supposed to be for Costa coffee Parc Llandudno not new look
Great bargains to be had at this moment in time I paid 21.99 for a beautiful top to go with a jacket I purchased elsewhere.
Relaxing,, chilled,,, quite,,, beach was beautiful,,,, clubs/ bar's and places to eat oh and other thing's for children and adults,,, further down the beach,,,, great for People who like dog walking love the place,,,

This is quit a big new look but they are all the same at min was in the shop good 15mins saw 1 member of staff must be skeleton staff.....
Everything I'd expect of a New Look, sales were on, the thing that puzzles.me.is that some sale items are sorted to price, it makes it much easier if they are sorted by size, that way you don't fallin love with something you can't have
Plenty of space, well laid out stock....a good place to take children / grandchildren.
Helpfulness of staff is really hit and miss. Some are really nice and helpful but some really look like they cannot be bothered and act like it's such a inconvenience to them when you ask for them to check for stock on an item or to help you order it into store, it seems to be the younger ones but the older ladies have always been helpful
