The room was fantastic, with an amazing view of Birmingham, especially at night. We didn't have dinner here as we ventured out to the restaurants that were basically on the doorstep. The breakfast was spot on with plenty to choose from. Can't wait to come back.

Very poor communication from staff... blocked toilet and shower drain which took them over 45 mins to try and sort out with no communication from the reception... I had to use my managers shower as I was on a conference and had to go for dinner at a certain time... Didn't or couldn't change my bedroom as they had over booked that evening... Definitely not worth a stay.. and had insects in my bedroom ... Beautiful view in the evening tho!

Function room and catering service exceptional. Range of meal options for various dietary requirements. Petit fours were delicious, various tea and coffee options. 

Views from top floor are incredible. Very comfortable experience, would highly recommend for small events and parties.

Very good hotel and rooms with a splendid view of Birmingham. Very good breakfast as well. Gym room is well equipped.

The hotel is located in a very beautiful and modern building but I'm not sure if the management of the hotel is very efficient dealing with complaints.
