Absolutely disgusting! Booked a triple room and expected 3 beds but was a double with a bunk above. Was given a room which was occupied and the naked man certainly wasn’t impressed when we walked in. Told the reception and they laughed! The sheets had not been changed! They was filthy with stains and hairs in the bedding. Asked for money back so we could stay somewhere clean and they couldn’t refund for 5 days. Receptionist very rude and said well I’m not a bank. Told them we would have to stop in the van if we couldn’t get our money back! There was never once an apology and they never even tried to make it right! I’m a contractor and have stopped in bad places but to be clean should be pretty standard

Very friendly and helpful staff! Great quality rooms for low price! Good location, easy to find - not far away from local shops.

The room was fairly small but perfect for what we needed. Everything looked clean and it was tidy. The staff was friendly and amicable, when I wanted a panini at midnight and they didn't have any, they directed me to a place that would have them nearby. The bed was a bit smaller and harder than we were used to at home, but still comfortable. I had a decent sleep in it. We got one room key, but when requested we got a second one very easily. This was the same with breakfast. I had only ordered one by mistake, instead of two. It was not a problem, I could just pay for the second one after checking out. All in all, good experience and would definitely go here again.

Friendly and welcoming staff. Small but comfortable and clean room. Unlimited free hot drinks, and a good breakfast at extra cost but very reasonably priced.
