Won't be using hot wok again . The woman behind the counter was very rude to say the least. We love Chinese food & this was far from good . Dry . Bland not nice at all

Terrible service. I was told when placing the order over the phone the wait was 40 minutes which I felt was acceptable. When I arrived on time I was completely ignored and another customer arriving after me got served before me even though I stood right in front at the desk. Eventually I was acknowledged and waited a further 25 minutes before being called up when my order was ready only to discover that they had missed an item off so I was instructed to sit back down and therefore had to wait even further. Eventually once my order was complete I paid for my food thinking it was a little more than I had expected, so on arrival home I double checked the price on their website in comparison to my receipt and they had over charged me!!! Never to return again. I'll stick with The Orient.

Worst thing ive ever tasted. The chow mein was horrible and sloppy,the sweet and sour sauce was like jelly,the rice was under cooked and the chicken balls were over cooked and rubbery. I love chinese food but this was a real let down. I will not be returning.

Wasn't overly nice, wouldn't even give it to my dog. I liked the chicken fried rice but could barely eat it as the sweet and sour sauce I ordered to go on it was like jelly and who wants to eat just rice. Beef chow mein was like a box of slime, the mini pancake rolls were burnt and some how, I didn't think it possible, the prawn crackers were pretty horrible too. Won't be ordering from here again.
