Soggy chips in burger, crusty kebab meat and a burnt garlic pizza even a 5yo said "I don't want it it's burnt" after crying cuz the food wasn't coming, arrived 2.5hrs when delivery stated 1hr15m. That aside quality is dogsh!!, I bet a starved dog wouldn't eat this. Bin enjoyed it though

We ordered a large quantity of food for 10 people. It all arrived fresh and hot. The pizza was absolutely delicious  the only reason I havent given 5 stars is because im greedy and would of liked more donner meat in our boxes!

Has been very good in the past but previous 2 orders have been wrong and taken well over an hour to be delivered. More expensive now for less  food as well. Time to look elsewhere!

Have previously enjoyed good service. Over recent months deteriorating. Placed an on line order tonight at 6.30om. Still not arrived at nearly 9pm. Online timer just keeps extending the time and when I try to call hanging up the phone - 8 times. Will not be using again

Order from here at least once a week and always enjoy it but tonight I’ve just had an order and the popcorn chicken was like chewing cardboard and the chips were raw!Really disappointing as a regular customer but I think I am going to try different takeaways in the future!

Ordered a takeaway and comes stone cold ring up to explain and all you get of the manager is your never happy when we have never complained and dont think they realise are phone calls are recorded need to learn some respect when they have customers paying for this wish I didn't have to give a one star

Worse takeaway I have ever had. Chips tasty funny and were cold and the lamb on the lamb kabab was tough and inedible.

Me and my partner wanted to treat ourselves and decided to give hotspot another go - big mistake.  We order a large donner to share along with chicken wings.  We now feel very sick the next morning with a raging stomach ache. Not good at all, the place needs to be checked on!

Food was half an hour late and stone cold :/ id asked for salt and vinegar on the chips but they were plain.

Chicken starter, chicken was burnt. £6 for the wrong flavour of Ben and Jerry's,  for that price send the driver to the shop if you run out? Delivery driver just dumped food on the step and drove off I've done the bottom 2 discs of my back in  so less than convenient.
