Ordered a meal last night at 5.20pm on Just eat. Got a confirmation email at 5.25 telling me the order would be delivered at 6.25. Phoned at 6.50 as order hadn't arrived & was told it had just left the shop. Still no order at 7.10 sp phoned again & told it had left the shop. I asked if I'd be compensated for the length of time I've waited & the guy passed me to someone else who said I'd get a free bottle of juice! He then told me that he had only just been given my order even though the guy had told me twice it'd left the shop! The order finally arrived at 7.50pm, 2 '& a half hours after it was ordered. The cheese nann in the order had to be cooked under the grill as it was like dough with some grated cheese thrown on. I used to love hot chillies but this was ridiculous with terrible customer service. Wasn't even worth waiting for.

Placed an order at 6.10pm. Waited until 7.30pm before chasing the order to be told it had left the shop which is a 2 min drive up the road. 45 mins later still waiting. Second phone call to be told it's left the shop nom idea how long it's going to take. On verge of cancelling and asking for a refund. That's over 2 hours for a delivery on a Wednesday night. Very poor service. Then to top it off we get a message telling us estimsted delivery time is 9pm!!!!!! Not the first time we've had to deal with ridiculous delivery times so will go elsewhere in future.

Food is 10/10 been going for lunches for years. Always fresh, always tasty, great value and staff are very helpful. Stop reading this you plank and order the food.

Really good takeaway - on the pricier side but quality is there.... best Nentara so far!
