I recently used Horwich carpets when I was doing a refurb at home. The choice of carpets was amazing and it took some time to make the right decision for each room. Richard was particularly helpful and knowledgeable about his huge range of carpets, taking me through the pros and cons. I took many samples home to make sure I'd made the right choice. Once I'd chosen Richard was able to accurately inform me of the delivery and fitting time to the day. The fitters were extremely polite and courteous and didn't bat an eyelid if I'd had trouble moving something that was clearly going to be in their way. I would highly recommend this company.

how can we put into more fitting words when we feel 100% satisfied with every aspect of our new carpets?.. from start to finish, a job perfectly done.. even to the point of shaving the doors to accommodate the carpet..the store offers a huge choice of carpets and the fitting team is HIGHLY recommendable.. doreen win, Chorley

We recently used Horwich Carpets & were over the moon with their customer service & reliability. They have a large & varied selection to suit all. We were that impressed that we’ve decided to use them again for our daughters bedrooms!

We enjoyed visiting Norwich Carpets for our new hall, stairs and landing carpet. Very good selection and lots of information about different carpets to help us choose. The fitting was carried out to a high standard so we could not be more pleased.

Love this place. Beautiful wallpapers and fabrics. Great rugs too. Huge amount of choice. Will definitely be coming back.
