Usually very good in here. They are very busy which sometimes reflects on the service. The two young ladies "front of house" are always polite and helpful.. and get to know their customers. Being a shop in Horsell Village it adds to the homely feel. Waiting times are usually 10 - 15 minutes... but can be longer at times.. especially around the school run.

The shop and staff are generally happy and pleasent, but sadly their drug supplier is not up to the mark. Almost every time I need a repeat prescription they are unable to supply, which leads to a 2nd or 3rd visit to the shop to get my drugs. One particular drug, they claim that they are only supplied claim a certain quoter a month and when they have used it their supplier won't give any more till the following month. I find this not acceptable I now have to wait another 2 weeks and try again.

Excellent service. I have a complex prescription which requires medication from the same manufacturer. They have gone above and beyond to resolve this problem.

Purchased suncream, looking at it a few days after found it is more than 6 months out of date. Unimpressed as suncream out of date is useless - haven't tried to get a refund yet but I will be soon. Look out for these sorts of things.
