The staff are always very courteous, although the grief they get from some customers is disgusting. It's got conveniently late opening times, which works for me.

It takes ages to get your medicines and there's usually only one person at the counter. Long queues and poor service

exteremly poor services, don't care attitude, long waiting and will tell you after 20 minutes that medicine is not available. ordered for next day and when I reached there it wasn't delivered. I don't how they are getting away.

Always messing up my order. I expect a problem every time. Poor communication skills. I have actually stopped going here now because service is terrible every single time. They never learn, they also never have the prescriptions i need in stock.
