Very helpful and polite  staff 
The shop is very busy an the staff are always rushing around.
It's not their fault if the deliveries don't come in.
Very polite and always try to help if there is a problem.

Rating for the staff doing their best (working calmly and being polite) in a bad situation created by the company, and for a clean shop.  Stars lost because the company has failed to organise this branch properly - clearly nobody who knows how to arrange these things has been sent to assess the needs here.

Totally ridiculous. Long queues whenever you come here. Insufficient capacity for the number of lical surgeries. Staff extremely slow and totally unaware of the length of the queue . Management totally non existent in terms of presence. If you weren't ill when you came in you feel ill by the time you leave.
