The branch of Boots Pharmacy is situated next to a busy doctors. By the very nature of the store and its proximity to the Doctors, this store is often very busy with lengthy waits. Staff are friendly and helpful. Be careful when you use the store as you need to key in your car registration number to take advantage of the free parking.. if you fail to do this you can be hit with a hefty fine. Not a bad store.. small.. but plenty of seating for when you're waiting prescriptions are being processed. For a small store.. it is surprisingly well stocked.

They are never ready when i go to collect always have to wait to be done even after a week better if you take in and wait .

It's quite chaotic place which lost my prescription while I waited 40 mins and being polite didn't want to ask why was taking long after 20 mins, when they found it no way I was waiting so left took it to Lloyds pharmacy and waited 5 mins.

I was told to wait a moment when I called not attended even after 31 minutes, had to hang up.
