What can I say apart from the staff are amazing, last chemist was slow, delayed and just a waste of time with tablets issued all over the place, Hopton Pharmacy took over my prescriptions and within a month all my tablets was issued at the same time and the staff is always polite and friendly. A massive thumbs up from me for all their hard work

Customer service and confidentiality was appalling. I did not appreciate them talking about my prescription medication loud behind the counter to their colleague (whilst being rude about me), nor did I want them to call out what medication, that I was expecting across the pharmacy to me.

I feel the need in this pharmacy is far greater to sell products than help customers in any which way. Just what you need when on a holiday park resort not.
