Absolutely disgusting service Called in yesterday for prescription and only took part of it as they busy. Called in again today 24 hours later Still not ready and abrupt attitude. Was told 15 minutes yet others told half an hour served before me. I was last person out of there. Waited 45 minutes in the end.

Today I had visited for the first time for the consultation. Worst interaction with consultation attendee lady. Literally  I can say she was racist. I waited for almost 45 minutes but she doesn’t want consulates me. Literally she said to me try some other places. So if you are going for consultation don’t go at boots ever.

Hazel on the Perfume/Cosmetics counter was absolutely fantastic assisting me today! A brilliant sales woman, professional and a very great asset to the Boots team! Thank you for your help today! Got some amazing bargains on some beautiful perfumes!

Absolutely disgusted with this company. So today, I was diagnosed with liver failure. Was given a prescription for water retention tablets by the James Paget Hospital, so promptly took my prescription to boots in Great Yarmouth. After making me wait half an hour, in severe discomfort with MAJOR swelling on my ankles, feet, back what the medication was intended to sort out they told me they couldn't dispense the medication because my date of birth was written slightly in the wrong place. I begged and pleaded with them, implored them to call the hospital, explained my diagnosis, yet the woman just refused and had this smug grin on her face and genuinely looked like she was getting a kick out of it. What a disgusting way to treat somebody and hour after receiving a diagnosis for a very serious health condition. I took that very prescription to an independent chemist up the road, town pharmacy on king Street, who were compassionate, understanding and dispensed it right away to me, they also agreed that Boots should be ashamed of themselves. Just goes to show, these multi-billion pound corporations do not give a toss about you, to them its all about the bottom line, not people.

A good size store, with opticians and baby goods upstairs. Not very well laid out for people with mobility issues using mobility aids. Only 1 till open and there was quite a queue to pay.

Love this shop I had a little accident in there and come off my scooter the staff and security were so kind and so helpful in getting me up making sure I was ok and not hurt thank you so much. It's a great shop has everything you need in store you can also go upstairs, by  elevator or lift great for your prescriptions, medical supplies, hair products, dental hygiene and care. Perfume and after-shave products, makeup, baby supplies, children's clothing plus much more

A very rude girl working at the medicine counter, never smiles, doesn't seem to care, it's not the first time experience about this person, the one wearing specs can't miss her, very unhelpful, she needs to find a job that nobody can see herwhat a shame to the establishment,  everyone else is lovely

The lovely female pharmacy assistant was very personable. Passed on her knowledge on different pain relief. Even though my old traditional chewable pain relief wasn't available, she suggested a melting tablet for my daughter. Very nice lady, I left the counter with a smile, and without my car keys!!!!.

Nice discount on the Yardley Rose  Talc Powder.....helpful staff
