So convenient, when I stayed on vauxhall holiday park with my family. As we don't drive my life so much easier with the station.Shop and holiday park all beside each other.

Absolutely shocking experience. I had to stand in a queue for around 10–15 minutes with only one staffed checkout open, while four members of staff were attending the self-service area. The level of service is completely unacceptable.nWhile I was waiting, several people behind me gave up and moved to self-service. One customer with a full trolley had an item that didn’t scan properly, and instead of resolving it quickly, a staff member told her to empty her bags and start again at another machine — completely unreasonable and frustrating to watch.nThis constant push towards self-service at the expense of proper staffed checkouts is ridiculous. Customers shouldn’t be forced into doing the job themselves, especially when doing a full shop.nI would avoid this store if possible. Something seriously needs to change.

I have never dealt with such a bunch of disrespectful, lying clueless customer support until Asda. Its shocking  not only do they feel withholding over £100 refund is okay they feel it's okay to leave a family in limbo constanly lying saying the refund will be back on my bank today! 6 days later and still nothing. Offered £10 while I wait 1. Isnt going make a difference 2. The voucher is for online only and the website is properly working still‍nnI've kept my cool and explained the situation every day I've called up but they pass the call from person person all of whom do not have a clue! Never will I shop at asda again.

Been coming to this branch of ASDA for over 20 years. It's changed a lot, it's a lot posher than it used to be. On my last visit yesterday it looks like the store has undergone some modernisation. The cafe is bright, modern and clean and the entrance to the store seems to have been updated as have the tills. I visited the cafe on this occasion, it's pretty much self service mostly besides ordering, paying for and receiving your food. The menu is pretty limited though you can get a decent jacket potato here. You'd pay about £8 for it anywhere else, here it was £4. There's an optician, chemist on site too and a petrol station. There's a branch of McDonald's in the car park too if you want something different.

It's OK, it's like your average asda, came here as my nephew's wanted one of those prime drinks and this place had one of the new ones for £2, I understand there's a bit of a craze for these items at the moment, but they have restricted them to 1 per person, OK fair enough, but when you've got 2 kids that require not good, as the lady in front of me was trying to buy 2 as she had 2 daughters but the till staff won't budge same when she requested a manager,nnSo I paid for 1 and came back a couple of hours later and bought the second one, maybe allow people to buy 2 then just 1 least then there's a chance for everyone to have one.nnOtherwise would of given 5 stars, place was clean and tidy on our visit, the toy section was good.
